Shipping

All of our products are shipped via secure, tracked shipping methods. We offer free tracked shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, and several countries in Europe on all orders—no matter your location. No code is necessary. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.


Duties & Taxes

We include all import duties, taxes, and customs fees in the final price of your order. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery. This applies to all international orders, including those shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and most European countries.


Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery every step of the way.

While delivery timelines can vary depending on your location and local postal services, most orders arrive within:

Order Cancellations

Cancellations or changes to orders are not possible after an order has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checking out.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, or if the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package and it’s returned, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before placing your order.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible. Trekker’s Stop is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered.


Shipping Schedule

Trekker’s Stop ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


High-Volume Periods

During promotional events or holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at trekkersstop@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
