2. How long does shipping take?
We aim to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Here’s how the process works:
✔ Processing Time: Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 3 PM
✔ Sourcing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

3. What is your return and refund policy?
Your satisfaction matters. Here’s how we handle returns:

We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund—no need to return the damaged item. Just send us a photo or video of the issue.
✔ Changed your mind?
If the item is unused and in resalable condition, you may return it at your own expense. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns, we’re happy to provide store credit or help you exchange the item for something that better suits your needs.
