Thank you for shopping at Trekker’s Stop. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked.

To begin a return, please email us at trekkersstop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.


RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The return package must be shipped back within those 14 days, these 14 days start when package is marked as delivered. Returns sent outside this window will not be accepted.


RETURN CONDITIONS

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact and suitable for resale

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable


PLEASE NOTE:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that come into direct contact with the body, such as:

  • Pillows, towels, socks, hats...etc

  • Sleeping masks

  • Any other personal-use gear once opened

Additionally, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Items returned worn or damaged without prior disclosure to our support team

Any returns not meeting the above criteria will be rejected and destroyed.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, you can return it for a refund and place a new order, or opt for a gift card with added value.


WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?

1. Refund to Gift Card (with 10% bonus)
Receive your refund faster—and with a perk! When you opt for store credit, we’ll add 10% extra value to your refund. Gift cards are delivered via email and are valid for 12 months. Processing typically takes 2–3 business days after your return is received.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a standard refund, we’ll credit the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return. Once approved, allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received a defective or damaged item, email us at trekkersstop@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage and your order number so we can resolve it quickly.


RETURN COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These vary depending on your country and the courier you choose.
We are not responsible for any customs charges (import duties or taxes) incurred during the return process.

Please keep your return tracking number or proof of shipment—we cannot assist with lost returns without it.


RETURN PROCESSING TIME

We do our best to process returns promptly. Once your return is received at our warehouse:

  • It is processed within 10 business days

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or gift card is issued

Please note that your bank may take up to 7 business days to reflect the refund after it's processed.
